About

Doing&Doing Fine Art is dedicated to showing artwork and promoting sales for artists from across disciplines, creative cultures, backgrounds, geographies, and levels of experience. Artists pay no fees and keep all profits from online sales (or as coordinated with their galleries). A portion of public exhibition sales supports Doing&Doing Fine Art and Kasko Frame Works.

Kasko Frame Works is generously hosting Doing&Doing Fine Art, supporting its mission to promote creative expression as essential to cultural health. In our experimental model, works by participating artists will rotate through Kasko Gallery, located at the front of the framing shop. Some artists’ displays will open with public exhibitions, while others will be promoted online only. Kasko Frame Works plays an integral role in Vancouver’s art community, serving collectors, casual buyers, galleries, museums, and art fairs. 65% of all artwork sales go directly to the artists. Anna and Dan share the remaining proceeds: Anna donates her share to local causes, while Dan reinvests his into Doing&Doing’s mission.

As practicing artists themselves, Anna and Dan are committed to meeting artists wherever they’re at— both creatively and personally. We’re excited to support one another and help foster creative culture in Vancouver.
